• Yes you can. When a child turns 18, they will be automatically removed from the family account. The family account owner will be notified that the child was removed. • When creating a pharmacy online account, you will need to add credit cards even if you previously had a card on file in the past. This is for your security. Adding cards is easy, simply navigate to your account and select payments.
• When adding a credit card, you must indicate who the card is for. If the card is for everyone that you manage, select "Everyone". If the card is only for one person, only select that person's name when adding the card.
• When you add a credit card during an order for a child, pet, or dependent, that card by default will only be saved to their account. Should you want to apply that card to everyone, navigate to your account, payments, add a card and apply to "everyone."

If you choose to manage prescriptions for your family members and pets, those additional patients do not need their own Costco Pharmacy accounts with a different email address.

However, if your family member is 18 years of age or older, he or she will receive an invitation to allow their family member to manage their prescriptions. Patients 13-17 years old will receive an invitation only if they have their own account. Children 12 years and younger as well as pets do not require confirmation.

Yes, you can refill the prescription at the same pharmacy where it was last filled. If you are enrolled to receive text notifications from the pharmacy, you can refill your prescription by replying to the refill reminder you received.

Mail order patients must be signed in to refill prescriptions.

Yes, you can add multiple prescriptions to your refill order. Log in to your account and select "Refill a Prescription". Then select all prescriptions that you would like to be refilled.

Please note, there are limitations to bundling different types of prescriptions together due to the various information required. If you are experiencing issues placing different types of prescriptions in the same order, try to instead place the same orders individually.
